MATERIAL FOCUS: OUD WOOD ESSENCE

Sourced from the Aquilaria tree in the southern provinces of Thailand, our oud wood essence is renowned for having one of the highest resin qualities available.

Due to its rarity and the laborious process of its production, oud essence is one of the most expensive materials in perfumery, with prices that can reach several thousand euros per litre.

The fragrant resin develops woody, animalic, smoky and balsamic notes. Thai oud oil is distinguished by its intense woody notes, accompanied by subtle animalic nuances, aged leather and sweet resin.

Un Oud + Un Patchouli: In this subtle blend, as it evolves, you obtain a beautifully earthy, woody, boozy tobacco accord. We find ourselves drawn in by mossy, damp notes, giving the fragrance an effect of an old spirit cellar — rustic and imposing. One of the finest mixes.
Un Oud + Une Rose: A warm and dense oriental rose. Less juicy and less green than Une Rose alone, Un Oud gives the rose the oriental and sensual character it seeks. A fruity, amber-rich, dense, slightly animalic layering. A rose with a bold and sensual character.
