DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We have a legal obligation to supply products that comply with the order we have accepted. If your purchase is defective or broken on arrival, we advise you to inform us as soon as possible in order to benefit from your legal consumer rights. Write to us by email at contact@obviousparfums.com attaching photos of your defective product. If we agree with you following a review of the returned product, we will either offer to replace the product free of charge or refund it and the shipping costs you have paid to return it to us.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the order, according to the procedures below, without having to justify your decision.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the right to withdraw cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
RETURN
Any order must be returned within 14 days. The product you wish to return must be undamaged, in its original packaging and unopened. Please note that this service is only available on orders from european territories.
Here are the steps to follow to retract and return your order:

- Select the product(s) you are returning and specify the reason for the return.
- Once your request has been generated, it will be submitted to our teams, who will e-mail you your returns slip as soon as possible.

REFUND
Refund is made within 7 business days, using the same payment method, except for gift cards and gift vouchers, which are reimbursed as credit notes. You will receive an email informing you that the refund has been made.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, we will refund or exchange products that are defective, non-compliant or do not correspond to your order.
