This salinity reveals umami flavours — that famous fifth taste — interpreted in perfumery through the salted plum, magnified by rum, davana and cistus, bringing an exceptional complexity and a fruity, leathery sensuality. This Japanese delicacy, interpreted as a fragrance for the first time, expresses itself on the skin with depth and originality.
