CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer may request cancellation of their order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the Seller will proceed with its cancellation and refund as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will no longer be able to request cancellation but may, if applicable, exercise their right of withdrawal.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right to change their mind within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to justify their decision, in accordance with the terms set out below.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of products that have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Any cancellation or withdrawal request must be submitted via this form, available at the bottom of the website page and also in your customer account.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Orders subject to the right of withdrawal must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The returned product(s) must be intact, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded. Furthermore, no product purchased on the website can be returned to a retailer, and vice versa.

France orders: Returns are free for metropolitan France only. Once the withdrawal request has been approved, a Colissimo return label will be sent to you by email.

Orders outside France: return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address will be communicated to you once the withdrawal request has been approved. The delivery note must be included with the returned order without exception.

Upon receipt of the returned product, its condition will be checked to ensure it is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Subject to the return complying with these conditions, a refund will be issued as soon as possible, using the same payment method used for the original order.
