CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer may request cancellation of an order as long as it has not been dispatched. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the Seller will cancel it and issue a refund as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer may no longer request cancellation but may exercise their right of withdrawal where applicable.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to change their mind within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason, under the terms set out below.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders of products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Any request to cancel an order or withdraw from a purchase must be made using this form, available at the bottom of the website and in your customer account.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Orders subject to the right of withdrawal must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be undamaged, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded. Products purchased on the website cannot be returned to a retailer, and vice versa.

Orders from France: Returns are free for mainland France only. Once your withdrawal request has been approved, a Colissimo return label will be emailed to you.

Orders from outside France: Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. You will be given the return address once your withdrawal request has been approved. The delivery note must be enclosed with the returned order.

When we receive the returned product, we will check that it is complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Provided the return meets these conditions, we will issue a refund as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the order.
