Helvetolide adds richness and warmth to a fragrance. Its volatility and unique structure give it a presence in the top notes. It offers pronounced pear facets and soft hints of ambrette. It helps a fragrance last without overpowering it, and can shape floral notes or soften fruity ones.
Helvetolide is made from recycled turpentine sourced from the paper industry. It carries the Eco Ingredient Compass label and is part of an upcycling programme.
